Mohammad Rakibul Hasan is a Bangladeshi documentary photographer, filmmaker, visual journalist, and visual artist whose work explores humanitarian issues, social justice, and environmental change through visual storytelling.
His work has been published and commissioned by leading international media organizations, including the Thomson Reuters Foundation, Al Jazeera, ZUMA Press, Inter Press Service, Le Monde, and The Daily Star. He has also collaborated with organizations such as WaterAid, UN Women, the British Red Cross, FAO, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank, producing documentary films, multimedia campaigns, and photographic essays highlighting human dignity and social impact.

Global warming's effects are alarmingly disparate. While certain regions witness moderate alterations, others, like Bangladesh, bear the brunt of intensified natural calamities, including storm surges and floods. Bangladesh's vulnerability, epitomized by its coastal regions, is a heartrending consequence of climate change. Millions along its coasts are ironically tethered to the sea, which now jeopardizes their existence.
