Who we are

The Photo Walks app is published by InCadaqués Photo Festival, Cadaqués (Catalonia, Spain). For any question about your data: info@incadaques.com.

Data we collect

Your name and email address (at sign-up);
your chosen language and your walk progress (stops marked as done);
the photos you voluntarily upload to the gallery.


How we use it

Your data is used only to run the app: showing your progress, powering the collective gallery, sending you the end-of-walk email, and — if you ticked the consent box — sending festival news. It is also used to run the photo competition.

MPB and data sharing

MPB, the Photo Walk sponsor, does not receive any personal data. Your name, email and photos are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is hosted with our technical providers (Supabase — EU servers — and Netlify) solely to operate the service.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for the duration of the 2026 festival edition and deleted at the latest within 12 months of its close, unless you request earlier deletion. Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data and photos by writing to info@incadaques.com.

Local storage

The app stores your session and progress in your browser's local storage.
No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used..
