Photo competition terms

InCadaqués Photo Festival × MPB · 2026

Organiser: InCadaqués Photo Festival, with the support of MPB.

Entry: open to anyone registered in the app who has uploaded at least one photo taken during the Photo Walk to the gallery. Several photos may be submitted. Entry is free.

Originality: you must be the author of the photos you submit and hold the necessary rights.

Usage rights: by uploading a photo you grant InCadaqués and MPB a non-exclusive right to display it in the app gallery and to use it in the festival's and the partnership's communications (website, social media), with credit to your name. You keep your copyright.

Moderation: the festival may remove any photo that is inappropriate or off-topic.

Winner selection: the winner will be chosen by Fred Mortagne and InCadaqués at the end of the festival and contacted by email.

Prize: an €800 MPB voucher, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
