Born in Barcelona in 1972, Txema Yeste is a celebrated catalan photographer whose career began in photojournalism before evolving into fashion. Educated in Barcelona and Birmingham, he developed a unique style marked by bold color, surreal compositions, and an emphasis on emotion and personality beyond fashion itself. Inspired by music, film, art, and daily life, Yeste balances commercial success with artistic integrity, collaborating with luxury brands and leading magazines while earning critical and collector recognition.
His personal projects push boundaries: Folk Pride documents Spain’s cultural identity through traditional costumes, while Needles reveals sculptural qualities in everyday objects, exemplifies his ability to blend personal expression with technical mastery.
Exhibited internationally and included in major Spanish museum collections, Yeste has become a pivotal figure in contemporary photography.
